Meet Pat Broghamer



Pat Broghamer – Realtor in Charleston South Carolina, SC

Pat Broghamer was well-acquainted, for nearly 14 years, with Charleston South Carolina Real Estate and the Lowcountry of Charleston, South Carolina and the surrounding islands long before she decided to call it her home.

Before moving to the "Holy City", Pat Broghamer sold real estate for 19 years in Cincinnati, Ohio and northern Kentucky, "the north of the south". She and her family vacationed in Charleston, South Carolina every year and called it their second home. Pat’s daughter was married in Charleston in June of 2006.

“We loved the gentle manner of the Charlestonians, historic preservation and enjoy the cultural activities that Charleston South Carolina has to offer. Spoleto is an international event for 2 weeks every June the artistic creativity of world class artist descend on the "Holy City". There are wonderful plays to be enjoyed, the symphony and other forms of art are very appealing too. In Charleston, SC people always have a smile on their face; they greet you on the street and on the beach. There is a wonderful energizing mix of ages living and playing in this vibrant city of the deep south. I’m so glad we now call it our home.”

Married to her husband Lou in 1972 she and Lou now reside in this beautiful city surrounded by the blue skies, warm sunshine, beautiful beaches and tranquil waters of the ocean and the many rivers. Lou is a commercial lender with a local bank. Pat and Lou have two grown children, Amy resides in Cincinnati, with her husband Steve. Amy Broghamer also sells Real Estate in Cincinnati, Ohio (). Kevin, her son works as a political consultant for compliance, Washington, DC.
